Our coaches will challenge your current constraints and open up the way to explore new possibilities. We are taking you into a process to reflect and put measures and actions in place to improve, change and strengthen your skills.
All our coaches are educated and trained Business Coaches and certified by the renowned Steinbeis University Berlin with a proven track record.
Executive Coaching & Business Coaching
With new ventures ahead, you as an executive, face new challenges to improve your organizational performance by also aligning your business and keep the performance and motivation of your employees high. In this context, our facilitated coaching process will enable you or your teams to achieve personal, job or organizational-related goals. e.g.:

Our one-to-one sessions will take place in a professional and private environment. Team coaching will be held in a safe environment on-site and usually comprises a group of more than 2 people.

Self-leadership is a key to personal performance. Leaders often are long term in their positions or moved quickly up the ladder. That is why we concentrate to assess and understand your leadership development tasks. We support you reaching your goals and sustaining development:

In 1.5 – 2 hour sessions we will work on your leadership issues. Depending on your situation we will further work on your specific needed solutions in approximately 3 – 7 additional sessions for your satisfaction.

Our coaching offers essential value to your personal success and the development of your competencies. Individual coaching primarily aims at enhancing quality of life and personal growth, for example in:

- Reorientation in personal and job-related matters
