The course includes a free copy of the bestselling book “Leading Change” by John P. Kotter
„Life belongs to those alive, and who is alive has to anticipate change“. What J.W. Goethe used to say at his times, also nowadays applies to corporate leadership: Those who manage have to accept and manage change. But also for you as an expert it is required that you develop new skills so you can handle and accompany change. At the same time it is necessary not to only have a look at the process side of change but also on the human side.
Business environments are often in an international focus. As much as it is important to understand local requirements and compliance from a business perspective it is also important to understand various cultural differences from a human perspective. You will learn how to implement these important factors into your change program.
In this 5-day intense training you will learn the fundamentals and principles of corporate change management in an international business environment. This course gives you an in-depth understanding of how to manage change throughout your ongoing business projects and the given implication.
Based on real-live examples you will get to know the essential matters and requirements on corporate change management. Relevant tools and templates directly derived from the entrepreneurial practice will reinforce your knowledge. At the same time we employ cutting-edge methodologies like the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method. By using this method you will be enabled to use creative ways in taking another perspective. Additionally you will learn how people react to change, which difficulties can occur and how you accompany people in these situations. You will learn how to deal with opposition, how to handle different expectations and how to communicate internally and externally.
Our trainers are experienced Change Managers from German industrial companies as well as former senior executives at a multinational German DAX30 enterprise.
