At the same time it is necessary not to only have a look at the process side of change but also on the human side.
Business environments are often in an international focus. As much as it is important to understand local requirements and compliance from a business perspective it is also important to understand various cultural differences from a human perspective. You will learn how to implement these important factors into your change program.
In this 5-day intense training you will learn the fundamentals and principles of corporate change management in an international business environment. This course gives you an in-depth understanding of how to manage change throughout your ongoing business projects and the given implication.
Our training is built along an international case study. Based on this example you will get to know the essential matters and requirements on corporate change management. Relevant tools and templates directly derived from the entrepreneurial practice will reinforce your knowledge.
