Which new and innovative methods can be used to communicate strategies to customers? And how can a company experience what its customer understands by its performance? These were the questions the brand and innovation agency b_Werk GmbH wanted to answer in a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop.
Strategy and Value Proposition — made tangible with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®
In a 4-hour intensive workshop, we first developed the individual elements of an entrepreneurial strategy together with the management and the employees. At first it was important to clarify that every participant of the workshop has the same understanding of the importance of the services and the customer promise. So the first thing everyone did was to build exactly these attributes for themselves. These were then presented and discussed by everyone and finally put together into a common model of the customer promise that everyone agreed on.
This common model was then the starting point for further tasks: Together we worked out ways to communicate this promise as well as the characteristics that such a communication must have. Through the combination of building, talking and understanding as well as hand and head, the team was able to discover completely new solutions.
